Golf Insurance

Help i am after some advise. I am off to the States in 2 weeks, and have just realised (in my complete ignorance) that my standard travel insurance will only cover me up to the value of £200.

I therefore need to get some proper golf Insurance to insure that I am covered just incase something happens to me or my clubs.

I have looked at the previous post about insurance, and I am leaning towards Golf Care, but I would like to get some Good or Bad comments from people who have paid for these policies and may have had to claim.

Although I've never had a claim, I am insured with www.golfplan.co.uk who seem to have the best comprehensive cover for both home and abroad.

Bit like car insurance you only get what you pay for although I've not made a claim, someone on the forum Recommended Golf shield.
