I'm off to Vegas for the 6th time in Feb but have never played golf over there. The clubs are coming with this time.

We are 100% driving up to wolf creek for a game as its great value and look incredible, but am looking for other suggestions for 2 more rounds.

Don't really want to spend much more than £100 a round, so rules out Shadow Creek, The Wynn etc.

There must be some bargains out there....

Thanks

Try Badlands - it's not far out of town, can be as cheap as $59 depending on what time you play and it's good course with friendly staff. You can book tee times online.

Check out Reflection Bay (15mins) Prim Valley (45 mins) and the Paiute Golf resort (25 mins). All cracking courses. Prim Valleyhas two course and Paiute has 3. Not sure on the prices though.
By all accounts the Wynn course isn't all that, the price is just because of the location. Although I'd play that just to say I have.

Reflection and Paiute were the two I was looking at especially as the latter is under $100.

Will also have a look at badlands too

Thanks

Not played any and it killed me. Flew out to the Grand Canyon with Maverick helicopters ( brilliant trip in which Missis T fell asleep leaning on Bob the pilot) anyway, we flew over a few courses which had closed beacipuse of the recession. It was heart breaking as they looked barren due to the lack of water.
The desert was starting to claim them back.

I stayed at,and played the Wynn twice this April - definitely not worth the price they charge. It's an alright course, nothing too special.

We played Bali Hai, Reflection and Shadow Creek as well as the Wynn.

I have no idea on costs of each as i didn't sort the trip and it was all lumped in

I'm looking into booking a trip for March 2018, most of the courses vary in price based on time & days of the week (the weekend being more expensive), if you look on teetimesusa you can get the rates for different days/times then you could always email the courses direct to see if they'll do a deal.

As a benchmark we were looking at Cascata/Wolfs Creek/Bali Hai/Reflection Bay/Arroyo for $950ish based on March 2017 rates, should be a bit cheaper in February. Most of the courses are 20-30 minutes from the strip so it would work out a lot cheaper to hire a car

Mequite, Nevada which isnt far from Las Vagas and home to Wolf Creek. $97 for a round with a buggy. Every hole on this course is a photo hole. Well worth the visit.
