Has anybody played at Laguna Beach in Phuket, Thailand. I will be staying there in a couple of weeks but the green fee is working out (with hire clubs) about £90. Is it worth the money???

thanks

If you're staying at the Dusit Laguna, you should be playing for free!

I haven't played the Laguna but have played Blue Canyon (Lakes) and Loch Palm and they were both stunning. Cannot recommend BC highly enough and I am desperate to play the Canyon course there.

If you want to play out there you have to use http://www.phuketgolfcourse.com/

They pick you up from your hotel, sort all the business out (you just hand over the cash) and then collect you from the course and take you back to your hotel. Brilliant service and cannot be more helpful or beaten.

Not played in Phuket but have played in Pataya and golf in Thailand is generally pretty affordable and great value. Just be aware that you normally have to have a caddy which is great but takes some getting used to (I did a forum bolg on this some time ago)
