For a group of 12-16 lads. Somewhere not too expensive.

Went to Green Hotel in Kinross last year had a great time.

Just back from Drumoig Golf Hotel in Leuchars, had another great weekend.

Any other recommendations that we could try?

We do a golf trip to Scotland every year, normally about 20-26 lads. Been to quite a few places which have all been good (bar one in Newton Stewart.....). TBH, you've no need to look for any place that is specifically for golf. There's that many courses about you can stay anywhere. Plus, would you prefer a really nice hotel or save a bit on that and get some decent courses in for the same money?

Dumfries has a couple of nice B&B's which we normally take over for 5 days
http://www.moreighotel.co.uk/ think the other one is the http://www.glenlossie.net/ - right next door to each other, they've got off road parking and it's an easy walk into town.

We've been to Perth, Glasgow, Galasheils, Newton Stewart, Port Patrick and this year we're off to South Edinburgh and staying in a Travelodge.

I went to Westerwood. It was good, liked the course and the hotel was nice too. Worth a look and we did golf, dinner, bed and breakfast for £100 per person.
