Whilst being the first to acknowledge that many gadgets are a load of tat (With the obvious exception of the V-easy) this one was reviewed in a rival mag this month and looks quite interesting, if like me, you have trouble with your swing plane.

it attaches to your club and vibrates if you swing off plane, so you get instant feedback if its wrong without having to go to the hassle of videoing yourself etc.

the idea being that you swing without it vibrating and groove that swing plane into your game

Of course if the battery runs out, you are screwed

Oh and just in case Smiffy is looking, its not a sex aid :-)

Opinions / thoughts/ alternatives please

Just watched the video and nothing there that a good teaching pro cant put into your swing, I know i used to do all the bad things he mentions and now the good things.

Might be good value for someone who cant afford lessons but I think personally speaking I would rather have the lessons with a pro and the resulting confidence boosting they can give you, plus alot more besides.

What about yardage does it give you that, you can make a great swing but if you don't have the right club then what's the point in all these gadgets other than wasting your money, you would be better getting some sort of gadget to hit the shot.

Its quite probable that hitting on the correct plane will mess about with my present yardages, but if I am hitting a similar shot again and again, then the yardages should settle and become more consistant

In Theory
