I played there a couple of years ago, the courses are not bad but if the winds blowing then it's very difficult. I've organise a few trips like what Matty was on about and we play a ryder cup style. I've got 36 playing at Oulton Hall in April then Hollins Hall in September.
The hotel at Belton os very nive and the staff are very helpful. You should have a good day.
I played Lakes (I think)last year, I found it had a couple of oddly designed holes but I thought it a decent challenge, if its a good day you should have fun, but I too would like to play Belton Park as Im sure Ive played that years ago and had a great time.
Hi
Both courses at Belton Woods are a fine challenge, The Lakes is the more challenging (lots of water) and the 626 yd ninth needs a good drive, but the Woods is a good day out as well. Watch out for the bar prices in the Hotel though, £5.50 for a glass of wine is not cheap.
