Just a quick post to say a massive thank you to PMUK aka golfbuddy uk for their brilliant customer service.

I've had my golfbuddy platinum for 2 months and everything was working very well until a started getting some flashing lines on the right hand of the screen. I sent an email to John Kelly who responded very quickly. I sent the unit on Monday, got an answer machine message on Thursday saying it couldn't be sorted and by Friday I had a brand new system which they had fully charged so it was good to go when I opened the box.

Can't beat that for customer service

Excellent, I'm a long time Golfbuddy user and think they're a solid piece of kit.

Mine's probably 4 or 5 years old now but still functions without trouble and the battery will still give at least 2 rounds of golf before needing a recharge. Updating courses is also free and pain free using their website.
