Golf at 8500 feet above sea level!

Summer is hotting up in Phoenix, AZ so to escape the 110 degree weather, I am taking a four hour trip north to Greer, AZ to play a golf course 8500 feet above sea level high in the forests of Northern Arizona!

So has anyone played at such an altitude before, how much further do you think I would hit the ball?

This and a quick google search turned up about 2 to 2.5% per 1000 feet.

Try finding info regarding what tour players do for events/majors at places like The Broadmoor or Colorado GC which are at similar elevation
