Hi, can anyone recommend some analysis software to highlight weak / strong points of the game ??

I have been looking at My Golf Scorer (£20) and I know there are one or two freebies out there but these seem to be online rather than downloadable software.

Thanking you in advance :)

I bought the GASP software, not bad but haven't looked at it in months now. I think c-swing software is better as I had that on trial and found it easier.

I have the David Leadbetter interactive dvd's.
it has 4 instructional dvd's and 1 which has the software on it.

I have not used the software yet but it looks good to me.

Hi mate, I save every round of i play golf in MS Excell (the Mrs thinks i'm such a loser!), i then colour code the performance of each hole (red = par, etc.) i also log the number of putts i take on the hole so i can monitor that (my Pro wants me to aim for a max of 28 - i actually aim for less than 36). Finally you can take the figures and create charts/graphs. Best thing is its free!

hi keyser.
I have used my golf scorer for a while now and its very good.

It gives you plenty of options to analyse your game as well as keeping all your records for each round.also lets you keep detailed records of the courses you play and you can also add photos.

Before i bought this i used golf score recorder which is based on excel, but i prefer the newer one as its more detailed

I've mentioned this many times, Keyser, but I like StokeSaver2.

The best facility is being able to compare your stats over the year, the season, the month or any specific date range.

I was playing like a twit at the beginning of the season (bad driving) so got a few lessons in September. I've been comparing the improvement since then and that has given me a lot more confidence. Every part of the game is now better. Probably the best it has ever been, actually. Funny how better driving leads to better putting!
