Golf Alchemy/ custom club repair

Has anyone used golf alchemy or any other custom club repair service. I'd like to know what your experience is with them - was it worth it, how much etc.

As far as I'm aware Alchemy do not deal with the public anymore. Unless that has recently changed. He used to post on here, good golfer who chucked it and got into cycling in a big way.
