Our bunkers are what you might call Goldilocks bunkers.

Some have too much sand and some have too little sand and some are just right.

Can one you experts tell me the different ways one should approach a bunker with a great deal of sand as opposed to one with the merest dusting of powder upon it?

simple.


very little sand, hit just behind the ball, maybe half an inch. don't hit it too hard or you will airmail the green.

plenty of sand, hit 3 inches or so. you can hit this a little harder.
