Go-Kart's customer service has been praised on here many times before, but I'd like to repeat that praise and say thank-you GK.
We're always quick to have a go when a company mucks it up so appropriate to mention when they do well, I think.
My battery started failing last week, noticed on Thursday that actually I was pushing it the last few holes. Assumed I just hadn't charged it properly, but then the same thing happened on Sunday. When I looked it up, it turned out to be only 11 months old so I dropped an email to GK on Sunday night, had a reply (by phone) mid-morning Monday and then a new battery delivered today and the old one collected.
