Go-Kart's customer service has been praised on here many times before, but I'd like to repeat that praise and say thank-you GK. :) We're always quick to have a go when a company mucks it up so appropriate to mention when they do well, I think.

My battery started failing last week, noticed on Thursday that actually I was pushing it the last few holes. Assumed I just hadn't charged it properly, but then the same thing happened on Sunday. When I looked it up, it turned out to be only 11 months old so I dropped an email to GK on Sunday night, had a reply (by phone) mid-morning Monday and then a new battery delivered today and the old one collected. An object lesson in how to turn a disappointment (battery failing so early) into a positive for the firm ...

Happy day all round, my Ecco shoes were delivered 30 minutes before the battery so I was wearing them when I signed for it. :D

Amazed I dont see GK products in the big stores or pro shops.May be they just like dealing directly with customers to keep costs down and levels of customer service high and miss out the middle man,Top quality company and products.

Don't get me wrong - I love my GK trolley. It works really well, and the customer services are great.

I think the only thing that let's them down a bit is the design. Comparing the likes of the new Motocaddy etc, they don't look as slick or as modern. And let's be honest, a punter walking in AG / a pro shop is initially taken by looks rather than a customer service record.

Hence why I think they don't appear in many shops!
