I have had one since they first came out and have been impressed and happy ever since. It is light, rugged, easy to use and folds up in seconds.
The real bonus is the customer service. Just email or call them and you will see what I mean, Sandy is quite a superb person to deal with. Out of warranty my Go-Kart was making a noise, no problem, they had me a new one in 48 hours. The battery was losing power a bit, again, no problem new one arrived in 48 hours. All of this at no charge.
Give them a go and you will not regret it, and even if you do they will simply give you your money back within 30 days.
I don't have one but they get a lot of good mentions on here and seem better than Powacaddy in terms of after sales service. That to me would be a big selling point
I do indeed, and I'm "over the moon" with it.
I've not had it long, only used it 4 or 5 times but it's light, compact, quiet and a doddle to set up and put away. It's also very nippy if you want it to be!
Customer service is what drew me to the brand, and after emailing the company twice (not with problems I might add) I was very pleased to find I received personal replies to both of them within the hour.
For the price I would say they are unbeatable.
And if it does play up (even out of warranty) they will collect it from you and leave you a replacement kart to use whilst yours is being repaired.
You can't ask for better service than that..can you?

I'm looking to get one too, was fighting off against the Clicgear push cart which my brother recently bought but I've decided on the Gokart. Had a couple of questions for them, so I phoned them yesterday and the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly. My questions
1. Do they have an umbrella holder? - answer, very soon. They are just finalising the design on their most requested accessory and it will be available shortly.
2. Will they be doing a yellow version? - Apparently the most requested colour that they don't do, not currently planned, but if they do, they will swap the yellow components with whatever colour I buy now, free of charge.
There was no pushy sales spiel, just friendly advice and a genuine sense that they were happy to answer anything. I jokingly asked where the guy in their vid's got his tartan trousers, - he didn't know but offered to try and find out.
I would prefer to be able to pull a trolley, and still do when the need arises. However after a period of illness and still lacking strength, I bought a GoKart. It is excellent, powerful but light. Only trouble is my frequent senior moment when I forget to bring the battery.
Excellent product with customer service second to none. I bought one last summer after having one on trial free of charge for two months.
As mentioned above Sandy is excellent. My first dealings with the company made me question why they were being so helpful. Not something I've often experienced when purchasing golf equipment. Easily the best £200 I've spent on golf.
Just further proof of their excellent customer service...(if more was needed).
GoKart have just introduced a new "knobbly" tyre for winter use or for when the course gets a bit slippery along with a new, improved front wheel which doesn't get clogged up with mud so easily. I have the "old" front wheel on my kart and haven't experienced this problem but apparantly GoKart received a few comments from people who had.
So they redesigned the front wheel and will be fitting this together with the newer tyres to all new Gokarts.
Not content with that, existing Gokart owners can obtain these new parts for their old karts completely free of charge. All you need do is contact them and pay a contribution towards postage (£8.00) and they will send you them out straight away. Not just new tyres either....two brand new "Carlos Fandango" wheels to go with them!
Would Powerkaddy or HillBilly do that?
Nope
I think it is great to see a company that is obviously proud of its reputation and will go the extra mile for their customers. However the cynic in me wonders what happens once their niche is established and they have gained their market share from Powacaddy etc. Will it still be about putting the customer first and will prices reflect this.
In this particular case I'm pretty certain that it won't happen but there have been many manufacturers, not just golf, where they burst onto the scene and get a great reputation and then take customers for granted.
Go Kart is just one woman and her mate - until someone 'buys' them the service will be fine...I don't think they are in the Dyson category yet though....
Not selling through retailers helps keep the retail price down, and this in turn keeps customer numbers relatively small, which in turn means that good customer service can be provided.
Rapid growth and expansion, together with the increased overheads will change things dramatically. Stay small, and if you're making a reasonable living out of it, why change.
I've seen it all to often!
Great product though. I'd love the opportunity to sell them.
