Go Kart-A big thank you!

Now that I'm getting seriously back into golf after a rather frightening brush with the 'C'word,I need my Go Kart
Electric trolley more than ever.However on Sat.I had a problem trying to recharge the battery and thought that I
would be needing a new transformer or even a battery!
SWMBO phoned/emailed Go Kart and explained how I'd managed to bugger up the contacts on the charger with a pair
of pliers/screwdriver(all 2 years out of warranty btw!).
The nice guy ROB called me at work and said that new cable with contacts was in the post 1st class that day NO CHARGE!
Battery is now fully charged and no more problems!
That is what you call customer service,so a big THANK YOU to all at Go Kart(and ROB!)

sandmagnet....I've had mine 3 years now with not a problem of any kind,can find no fault with mine,great piece of kit/folds down to not a lot/lightweight/comes in various colours and great after sales service/even when out of warranty!!!!
Can't reccomend them highly enough,so easy to deal with and only a call away!

My flippin Trojan 250 sport just keeps going and going and going.....doing it's job. I'd love to buy a Go Kart but mine will not die...Hmmmmph! oh well one day I'll get one.
