afternoon all
this is a rare opportunity to acquire two items of authentic GM memorabillia
Lot 1 - a used, but in good condition, Golf Monthly logoed PING stand bag as used by the editor. This lot has genuione forum heriatge as I used it for the forum day at Craigielaw about two years ago. Those who played will remember it was very windy and lashed it down from time to time. During one very high gusts of wind the hood was ripped off the top of the bag and was last seen heading toward Gullane Bents. A replacement hood is included but it doenst fit as snugly as the orignal
Lot 2 - a rather fetching Cleveland Golf laptop/despatch bag (red and black) as used by the editor to take his work stuff and back and forth to GM towers for over a year. At time the bag has carried vital documents pertaining to Golf Monthly although these have all been binned. The bag is in excellent condition
These items are up for raffle as the editor's wife has demanded a clear out of stuff he no longer uses and is cluttering up the spare room
If you are interested in a piece of golfing history please email me michael_harris@ipcmedi.com with simply your name and address and I wil pick two names from the hat at random when I come in on Monday morning
Next week the raffle will contunue with some nice outerwear for larger athletes and a PowaKaddy FreewayII with lithium battery
