I have had a few problems getting my copies of GM. Last month called them and they figured out that they had my address incorrect and it was being delivered to someone down the street. So was kindly mailed the 3 copies.

Got back from hols yesterday and figured out this month's copy is also missing. So called up and again they changed the address and this month's copy is now on the way. Have been promised that this fixed, but have been asked to 'keep an eye out next month else call back'.... things I have to do to feed my addiction.

Finally, last year I used to get both the Paper and iPad edition. I thought my renewal would have just extended it. So a bit surprised when i was told that I am 'paper only'. I was starting to like the iPad one with all the exclusive features. So imagine my surprise when the lovely lady told me that you can have GM either in paper OR digital, but not both. Any reason why we cant have two bites of the cherry?

Not sure...I had the print and iPad versions but have cancelled the subscription and just taken a new iPad only subscription as much prefer reading the iPad version and like the extra features that you get.

I think the subscription service is a bit poor to be honest. My copy has still not arrived although it's been out in shops since the 17th according to the calendar.

It must be lost the subs copies arrived in the post for most the Monday (14th this month) prior to publishing date. Only ever had 1 issue go Missing and it was replaced quickly after an email.

There was a 99p offer on digital version over the weekend.

Got my first print subscription copy last week (17th or a couple of days before) - was surprised it took so long for subscrition to start - well over a month and a little disappointed that there wasn't an option for ipad version too but it cost me less than £30 for a year's copies of the mag.

I've never been a subscriber to a golf magazine before and wouldn't have been if I hadn't started visiting this forum (so chalk one sale up to this forum Mike) - I really like the fitting/testing pages with forum members and readers.

Enjoyed my first print issue in years a lot/

Unusual for a business not to want more money/business.

I agree with the comment on the 'subs' dept of ipc mags, very poor with customer service. Twice recently I've tried to subscribe and twice they have ensured I didn't.

Shame as its my #1 mag
