Hi all,

Was at the club yesterday and was finalising numbers with our kitchen staff and I need to ask would you guys prefer a starter and main course or a main course and sweet as your 2 courses??

I know everyones pref will differ so I am going to go with the majority here.....I'll eat anything so I aint fussed.

Please post your preference.

Thanks.

As long as the main course is good, I don't care. Just book something, I'll eat what ever.

Obviously my appetite may be a bit jaded if we aren't in a winning position.

I was gonna get this quote from Braveheart tattood on my back but wimped out so I have updated it for the forthcoming event.

In the year of our Lord 1314, patriots of Scotland, starving and outnumbered, charged the fields at Bannockburn.

They fought like warrior poets. They fought like Scotsmen. And won their freedom.

Updated to:

In the year of our Lord 2009, patriots of Scotland,
well fed and equally numbered, charged the fields at Goswick GC.

They played like warrior poets. They played like Scotsmen. And won the forum bragging rights FOREVER.

I doesn't stir the passions like the Braveheart one does it?

Must admit that I'm not keen on humble pie. Not without custard anyhow.
