GM & Mizuno #YourGame2016

Wow! its fair to say the us and the Mizuno boys were blown away from the applications for this.

Great to see so many forumers putting themselves forward. Thanks to everyone who put their hat in the ring for this

Huge congratulations to Liam Frean, Daniel Barlow and GM forumer Peter Jones (Guvnor2013) who were selected from over 600 applicants to be take part in ‪#‎YourGame2016‬with GM and Mizuno. It's going to be immense!

The competition for a places was amazing especially among the elite golfers - its attracted some serious entries.

My two favourite goals for the year were to 'qualify to play in the Ricoh WBO' from a +2 h'cap lady golfer and scratch guy who said he wanted to "Qualify for the British Amateur Championship by improving my world ranking from1600 (ish) to within top 1200"

TBF the elite players were a very small category, those two goals just tickled me that golfers playing at that level would put their names in the hat

lots of break 80 in a comp, get down to single figures

indeed Peter and Dan are both aiming for single figures while Liam off 2 wants to lower his hcap and win a scratch open event

Same here curls. I'm looking to get my h'cap down to 15 and score a comp round sub 85. Like you feel my Mizzies will get me there this year - that and lots of hard graft. Maybe we should start an Our Game thread - inspired by Mizuno...
