Guys,

As you know I flagged the idea last year of a users golf day and possibly an ongoing society depending upon the success of the day.

Now that New Year is upon us, I thought I would raise the issue again to gauge the level of interest and to get the ball rolling.

For those of you who missed the original the idea is to base it over a weekend sometime in April after Augusta with a round on Saturday and Sunday.

Regarding venue we are looking at somewhere towards Liverpool-ish to allow all users to attend, and we're hoping to attract everyone from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

So, please respond if you are interested.

I have sent an email to MikeH at GM today as he will assist with sourcing the venue, and GM will be covering the weekend in the mag, so there is a chance that you could appear at sometime.

PS any willing volunteers to provide assistance with organisation would also be much appreciated!!!!

Willing to help out with some organisation to ease the load, too. I'm sure a few of the lads from up this way will be keen and we can always co-ordinate some car-sharing to keep the costs down.

Put me down as a definate maybe. Not much help I know, but I will have just got back from Florida, and cash may be a bit tight depending on the details. Might have had more money left if I could have resisted hiring a cadillac.
