I know someone earlier in the week did not receive their bag tag.. I have just received 3 balls, thank you very much, postie a tad slow up North; However there was no bag tag.

May I ask whether this is just hard luck?

if you got the balls you should have got the bag tag.
These will have all been inserted by hand so the technical term for the cause of your missing tag is 'human error'!
email me your postal address as i think we may be able to source a spare one

Got mine yesterday morning. Postie did try a stuff it through the letterbox, but it wouldn't fit. Had to go to the sorting office. The ball sleeve was trashed.

I must say that the z-stars feel lovely off my putter, just wish I could use them on a full swing with all my clubs!

Either Scottish letterbox's are tighter than the English ones (which would make sense), or your postie's just cant adapt themselves to the technical challenge
