Glove Wear?

Iv been reading up on Glove Wear recently and how you can tell by the wear on your glove what flaws there are in your grip......

My gloves have a black mark starting on the heel pad and another on my thumb(im right handed) they havent wore through as the glove is only 3 rounds old but im wondering is it possible to hold a club too much in the fingers and is this as bad as holding it too much in the palm.....

I do tend to grip in the fingers and is this the cause too much movement in the club in the backswing?

I always thought the rubbing on the palm was a sign of you releasing and regripping the club during the swing indicating that you aren't holding it correctly

I was told that wear on the palm bellow the pinky finger was due to gripping it too tightly.
