Gift ideas for dad

Looking for ideas of what I could give my old man for Christmas. I'm open to suggestions but no booze, ties etc. or golf related gifts.

Getting my old man a old fashioned style DAB radio

My dad likes to smoke one cigar a week on a Sunday afternoon with a glass of wine and the papers. A few years ago I bought him a small humador and now I tend to buy him a couple of good cigars to go in it every Xmas

Well it depends what the old man is interested in,is he pensioner?,,shall it be a gift that activites and are for long term and expand the social life ?,,,why not an membership in a local bowling club..why not an course in carpenting,,,cooking,,,,,well its only the fantasy that set boundaries for this... good luck in your choice of gift and it will probably be very appriciated by the old man:thup:

Our family gave up trying a few years back, now its just a voucher to whichever store relates to this years hobby

Not always the easiest of tasks, finding gifts for the parents. This year I have bought a wine tasting session, a brewery tour and a water zorbing session, all for my dad who is now retired.

We've just bought a box and filled it with chocolates, chutney's, crackers, wine, sweets all the stuff my Mum and Dad like.
