As titled, not missing playing, don't think its the weather as I work outside anyway, only play Sat and the course has been open, on temps mainly, just can't be bothered, subs due on 1st of April so better get some motivation or that's it for me. Anyone else lost the love ?

Nope. Loving the chance to work on my game. Hoping to get a game tomorrow and try it out. Other than that I'm just biding my time. If we'd snow on the ground we'd all be resigned to our fate. The bad weather won't last forever and soon the sun will be on our backs and it'll be summer.

Got to be honest feeling this way a bit too. Course only been open once this year and played elsewhere couple times and just been a boggy mess. Had a couple range sessions but just can't come close to playing. Considering going freelance and playing as and when rather than membership.

Although we've managed to have 9 holes open pretty regularly I haven't had the inclination, especially seeing how long you have to wait to play it a second time in the queue. Haven't been on a course since December 14th

It seems more a case for me perhaps of getting used to not playing at the weekend and with no end in site of the rain. Therefore not getting the urge to practice a great deal.

Played all but 2 weekends since November, looking forward to tomorrow's competition, forecast is for 30mph winds but no rain. Should be interesting.......

Havent played in 3 weeks just had the odd range session.

Got a lesson booked for Monday and hoping/praying sometime next week the course will be open.

I've bought a new putter, redone my paint fills, replaced my cleats, cleaned all my gear, bought a new bag and spent an evening sorting it out and working out what way I wanted everything. I've had 4 rounds since Jan 1st and going crazy wanting to get out again.

I sort of get where the OP is coming from but in my case it is more that I have just got used to not playing. I am not a massive fan of driving ranges so no course means no golf. I have enjoyed my Saturday lie ins, spending some time on my Xbox and doing things that I would normally skip on a weekend morning due to golf. I am looking forward to playing again but I am not going out in the howling wind and rain just to scratch the itch,

I've had 14 holes since the new year started where I would normally have had about 15 rounds by now. I have had 4 lessons though and hit loads of range balls trying to ingrain the changes. It would be nice to hack round a course now!
