I haven't been playing particularly well for the last 2 or 3 months, and I was worrying about things like where my right elbow was in the backswing, and what I was doing with my legs and hips. I was was hitting shots both left and right, with too many fat shots. Then I watched a video about the correct grip. I realised that my left hand grip had got far too weak, probably because my normal bad shot is a hook. Just correcting this has vastly improved my ball striking, and oddly enough my stock shot has become a slight fade. Golf is 95% about the correct set up!
