I can understand that the need for these is reduced due to 'Continuous Review', ESR's etc....... but just wondering if anyone is still using them to any extent?
If so how many in the last year or so& what initiated them?

We had some adjustments at the end of last year. Some up due to illness and some down due to players consistently winning matchplay events etc.

Suspect there will be more of it if the R&A guidance on away scores begins to work.

Slightly off topic as relates to the changes for 2017 about away NQ's, particularly pairs aimed at dealing with bandits, interesting statement by our club recently "looked at the suggested approach and feel that we are not yet ready to implement it fully."

They suggest you let them know the scores, but no indication on what they will do with them.

How many other clubs are in a similar position, how will they generally be handled and what level of consistency club by club ?

Been plenty of debate on here, but has the guidance been suitable or is it a reflection on individual comps/handicap committees ?

I got the impression that these new rules are not optional, so I don't think a club can retain its CONGU accrediatation if it doesn't implement them. Or have I misunderstood?
