Garmin S1 Map Update Problem

I have been advised of a map update to my S1. I went to do the update through Garmin Express but when the first page comes up and asks me to "continue" I click continue but nothing happens. I have unplugged it, turned it off and on but it wont continue. Am I doing something wrong? Will there be software on my computer blocking it, eg anti virus or firewall?

Found the problem and just posting in case it happens to anyone else. I needed to update Garmin Express first of all, although it did not tell me that. Once I had done that the update sailed through.
