Folks,
As my current GPS company has sadly gone bust (Shotmiser) I cannot load new or update courses so am in the market for a new unit.
I was looking at Garmin and notice some of their units on offer have the following feature:
"Playslike Distance
PlaysLike Distance adjusts your flat yardage based on whether your target is uphill or downhill from you. It does all the calculating of where in the arc of the shot (short or long) your ball will hit, relative to flat yardage."
My question is whether this is legal for comp use (provided DMD local rule in force etc) as I know lasers with the 'slope' feature are not, indeed bushnell have recently launched a new version with hardware engineered 'comp' mode.
Thanks,
Simon
