Well the day has finally arrived, im off over to Ganton tomorrow followed by York golf club Friday. Bunker technique is tight and i practiced looking in gorse at Silloth on Monday :D

Swinging it crap at the moment so im taking some kleenex just in case :thup:
 
Hope you have a good trip been a bit wet today and not good forecast overnight so hope your not out too early at Ganton, GM on location too! Friday looks good hope York has drier a bit the place is starting to look good. Enjoy! :thup:

Cheers fella :thup: Only out at Ganton in the afternoon so weather should be ok by then fingers crossed. Looking forward to a nice couple of days, weather looks even better for Friday :)

Best thing i can see about the bunkers is they leave you in no doubt, its just get it out :D Hopefully i wont try any heroics :rofl:

Sunday will be a breeze in comparison ;)

Nothing will be a breeze with the way im swinging at the moment pal! Chinks of light at the range tonight so im hoping i can build on that tomorrow :D

You'll enjoy it mate.

The last 4 holes are one of the hardest finishes of a parkland/heathland/moorland I've played. Good clubhouse and a fantastic welcome. The bunkers can be 8 foot and more in depth, and 30 foot long in places.

Don't try to cut off too much on SI 1 (the 7th), play left of the bunkers, you haven't the length to carry all the bunkers on the dogleg.

I only payed £10 last time.:whistle:
