Find this app great normally, but I have to search for my course and start my round (less my tee shot obviously) before I arrive at my club. As if I stand on the first tee and go through the app, find my course and then try and get to 'start round' screen. I literally cannot get connection once I'm at the golf club. Anyone else have these troubles? Rather annoying for logging your rounds, or even using the free app as a yardage device. Can't be a problem with my network as it's EE 4G, if my course is struggling with connection location wise why would it stay connected for a full 18 if I connect before I arrive. Driving me insane. Any insights?

Not sure, when I have been using it in the past I have only had these kind of problems when I have been down to 1 bar on my phone or have lost connection completely. This can be an issue round our place as it has areas which are a bit low on coverage(I am with three). It's a great app and it has actually encouraged me to get the full tagging version.

My understanding you only need to be connected when you load the course, you don't need a connection until you end the round. I have tried this quite a bit but it's very hit and miss.
