I think my device has a problem. It's not allowing me to edit rounds and last time out it stopped syncing after 9 holes just hung.

Problem is apart from a US phone number I have no means of getting hold of them. They have a Facebook messenger account that they are not replying to. I've just tried tweeting them but no reply yet. If anyone has contacted them before and have details please let me know...

I have contacted them a few time and found them very helpful.

I always use the on-line support on the dropdown on the right had side of your home page.
 
It must have changed since the last time you used it as the Support centre effectively has a bunch of FAQ or a link to messenger. And as I've said above no one is replying to messenger :(

What time did you contact them. I had my device replaced a few months ago with similar issues. And last week needed new tags which they sent free of charge.

Try ray and message them during us hours as I belive it's manned there. If you message out of hours they may have missed it.
 
Possibly the best customer service I've ever received from a company to be honest. They've always been exceptional
 
I have had good customer service too from GG, when my belt clip snapped they sent me another and then when the device wouldn't work with the new clip, they sent me a new unit.

I did always wonder what the next step for them was, once you have bought the unit that's it... not sure if they may be struggling, I remember much promising of golf pride grips to better hold the unit.. they never turned up..

I was considering switching to one of their competitors
 
Tried to buy replacement tag last week, last night link still wouldn't work, emailed last night, just got email saying replacement tag being sent out today.
