Galvin Green Great Customer Service

I brought some Galvin Green. Alf waterproof pants some 6 years ago I noticed the other week that there was a small split about 25 mm long on the outside seam at the bottom of both legs so I contact Galvin Green and explained what had happen the girl I spoke to was very helpful and told me to return them to Paul the pro at the club which I did and a week later a brand new pair of Alf waterproof pants.
I know you pay a premium price for Galvin Greens but who else would replace them after 6 years, GREAT SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!! :lol:

I bought Alf's last autumn off our pro, he considers the lifetime guarantee to be 8 years.
Very good service though, did you have a receipt or any proof of purchase?

No they didn't even asked when I purchased them

Its great kit, and well worth the price. I have a GG jacket that is 6 years old. Unfortunately the shrink moths in the wardrobe got at it and now it only gets used for dog walking.

I have a GG 1/2 zip top thats 5 yrs old and a full set that 2 yrs old. All are like brand new after going through the washer.

Might be pricey but they actually save you money in the long term.

Anyone experience a damp feeling across the shoulder blades with your GG jacket? I get that and wondered if theres a leak or is it just the madarin style collar 'guides' the water down there? they need a way to tighten that around the neck area

i bought a bucket hat to filter the water away from my neck/ back.

No idea why they split just notice when I was putting them on the other week

I can't recommend them high enough!

End of 2011 I bought a jacket in the sale, was one of the limited edition ones but dropped big time in price.

It developed a split along a join, sent it back and got a brand new jacket, the latest limited edition one which was still retailing at almost £500!

They have a customer for life now and I have already gone and bought more of their stuff - just shows the benefits of good customer service!
