He's also selling tm wedges for £299. Perhaps he's anticipating getting broken into so he can say "look, this is how much i was selling them"
 
It's more a case of him attracting offers. When an offer is received, it's then pretty simple to make a sale over the phone, end the item and save 10% eBay fees.

I recently managed to get £245 for a used G30 3 wood, 5 wood and hybrid. I thought I had done OK but clearly I was robbed...
 
Ok I messaged him asking if he realised he was asking £300 for a hybrid.

Hmmm, I'd wager that this guy could also be the king or Nigeria and wants my bank account details so he can wire me the $4million stuck in his account as well
 
Gutted, my 99p bid has been outbid, cost currently standing at £298 and I can save £1 on the buy it now price. Looks like age missed out again
