Very very thin material and come up really small (at least on me, I even went up a size for safety and they're nowhere near big enough)
I sent mine back found them a very odd fit, really baggy in the leg but the. I'm a big lad so maybe of your smaller they might be slimmer fitting I wouldn't know

I have some excess around the middle and backside! I was looking at ordering a 40" as I wear a 38" in nike but I may give them a miss!

That's exactly what I did normally take a 38/40 ordered a 42 and they were at least 2" too small still

Definitely a slimmer fit, bought a 32" pair for last summer and couldn't get a golf ball in the pocket! I haven't dared try the damn things on this year yet!
