Fullers London Pride Gold Medal - Where is my beer?

Did anyone else enter this competition during the year?

The qualifying round at Sand Moor was tagged on to the May monthly medal which I won. This qualified me for an area/regional qualifier at which I hacked it round.

The prize for winning at my local course was a crate of fullers beer and a gold medal. It is now November, I still haven't received anything despite numerous emails to the England Golf Union, who say they are waiting on Fullers.

Did anyone else play/qualify, and have you received your beer yet?

Yes, Our winner got his beer delivered to the pro shop.

I finally got mine mid December after a lot of pestering them.

Ours finally arrived last Friday. I'm not impressed with Fuller's - the delivery has been delayed in other years and there are now only 8 bottles instead of the usual 12! The winner wasn't too bothered about the 8 bottles as his winning round was so long ago - early June - that he had forgotten he had won anything.

I won it a few years back and had a long wait for my beer. Gave it to the captain as a prize for the Xmas draw it took that long to arrive
