Fugly clubs.

Played yesterday, got to the first tee and I had left my Ping driver in the car. Had a lesson on Thursday and forgot to put it back in me bag.
Anyway me PP had two drivers, he had bought a Nike driver off eBay when bladdered and is always gonna get round to trying it out.
Anyway he passed it me I lined it up with me ball, looked down and felt sick. It looked horrible. I mean proper horrible. One don't get me wrong I have hit some PP clubs and fell in love straight away. But this was just fugly. Hit it once told a pp I would tee off with my three wood for the rest of the round, which actually benefitted me to the tune of 31 points.
I asked PP why he is not using it, " coz it's crap and ugly" he said.
anyone else held owt ugly.

To be honest LT I never gave it much of a look, when I placed the club head behind the ball I had this omg moment. It was deffo not a classic head shape. He said its taught me not to buy owt off eBay when am bladdered again 😁

Like I said, any! They all look like they were made by Cammell Laird.

But I accept that it is a subjective view and ugliness, like beauty, is "in the eye of the beholder".

Any square driver, had a Nickent 3dx many moons ago, a gift - Yuck and it didn't go that well either, sold on quickly. At address looked like a frying pan!

You think that's bad? I searched ebay a few times for Cleveland VAS sets during the depths of despair, hopefully I'm getting through it now.
