FS: Authentic OEM Titleist 913 Hybrid SureFit Adapter Sleeve

I have the above for sale, an authentic OEM sleeve plus the oem ferrule (the collar of the ferrule didn't survive the shaft extraction, but that's not an issue - see photos).


Looking for £18 inc postage please.
