Good morning all.

I have for sale my recently acquired Adams XTD Cross Cavity irons, which come with the KBS C-Taper 90 (the parallel tipped version of the C-Taper Lite) shafts in stiff flex.

Loads of tech in these irons with the cross cavity design and speedslot. Accordingly, they're not the most traditional design you'll come across but they are very pleasing when looking down at the topline.

They have been used for probably half a dozen rounds and one or two range sessions (off the grass) and have minor strike and brush marks you would expect from that amount of play.

They are very long and I've found the C-Taper Lite shaft offers fantastic dispersion. They are also a very forgiving club with superb ballspeed retention on off-centre strikes. There aren't too many XTD iron reviews on the interweb yet, but I've found a couple:

They are £500 from Direct golf:

So... how about £295 including delivery?

A few people have asked why I’m looking to move these on. Quite simply, they’re somewhat similar to my Adams CB3s (albeit the XTD shaft is better and offers better dispersion) and since I’ve decided I can’t get rid of the CB3s as they are like part of the family, the XTDs are up for sale.

I may consider a trade against a ‘players iron’ (e.g. Nike VR forged Pro Combo) as I could perhaps justify keeping two sets if they were sufficiently different.

PM me if you're interested, otherwise I’ll likely pop them on eBay at some point.
