Anyone here having a frozen shoulder,,,,im getting a bit wooried over my shoulder and the pain coming and going the last two weeks,,, If there is an frozen shoulder,, is it possible to play golf then? anyone having experience abot frozen shoulder?

Last year I had a rotator cuff issue, (impingement syndrome), which eventually required surgery. I could play golf with my injury, but it prevented me from sleeping properly & I couldn't lift my arm above 90º without help from my good arm.
I couldn't play for 6 months after the surgery but everything is good now.
I sympathise with your plight, keep in touch.

Slime.

Had it a few years ago: I simply could not lift my right arm above shoulder height. Played golf OK but had to keep the back swing and follow through lower than ideal..
Had treatment at a local sports clinic with mixed results and had to consult GP in the end. I was lucky to find a young GP who was a wizard with with cortisone injections. Problem solved and no problem since.
The GP did say that he would only inject into the front of the shoulder and not in the back as the latter could do more damage so take care and seek the best advice.
All is not lost. good luck.
