Free Entry to the European Open

I have just seen that the European open, hosted this year by the London Club, Kent, will be giving everyone free admission on the first day of play. Do you support this initiative, and would you like to see this happen more often? Also will any of the locals be attending seeing as its free?

I will be sliding my backside up there for sure, Its fanstastic as the London club is only 1/2 hour tops from my gaff!

I think its a great idea, if you see the amount the US comps charge for entry per day.

Just £35 a night including a traditional Medway Towns breakfast of a can of super tennents/special brew (at 8am), 10 Mayfair and a bag of dorito's! Nice.

Think I might venture along. Was thinking of dragging HID along. Was tempted to go to the pro-am day (less crowds and hopefully get to see more play and watch them on the practice ground). Do you know how much a ticket is for the practice

How many Chavs and other assorted low life will see free entry as a means of a day out to cause mayhem and possibly get their ugly mugs on the telly?

I sincerely hope I am wrong and the stewards eject any undesirable elements so's the event is not marred by pond life.
