Dusted my gear off finally some while after recovering from a back problem and headed out to hit some balls at the range today.

Conclusion, lessons needed!

Short Irons & Pitching reasonably fine.

Mid irons, hybrid, woods, absolutely shocking, and the good hits lacked distance.

No consistency in rhythm and couldn't find the setup I was happy with.

Good to be hitting balls again, hope to have a game in a month or so.

Nice to pop back in here too!

Probably not turning, all arms.

This is my issue every time I come back to the game after a break.

Turning took me from hooky low irons and duckhook woods to hitting high straighter shots.

I like the old iron in the the belly button and turn drill.

All good thanks, still a very busy chap but I wouldn't have it any other way. Hope all is well your end.

Definitely be out and about once I've got some sort of game back together.

Another range session tomorrow I think. Will be booking a couple of lessons too.
