Forged irons with a thin top line?

Thought I was probably going to go back to Titleist (I might still do) but for £600 I want an iron that has a thin top line and as much as I love blades I'd better stick to a cavity blade for at least some forgiveness.

So, to save me trawling AG and t'interweb what are you using or know of that meets my criteria?

Looks and plays as good as anything else out there in my opinion

TM MB's are probably closest, it might be the way manufacturers flatten the top line as opposed to tapering or rounding.

Unfortunately the Callaway looks thick and you're having a laugh with Ping i25's - no offense

The I25s were a bit of a wild one

I initially thought the same in regards the Apex but a second look and they werent too bad

But i have seen anything that comes to the MC - ( i dont like the Nikes )

2014 Nike VR Pro Combo...............

2012s (and maybe 2013s?) are better imo as they have 3 styles through the set. The 2014s are still a bit chunky imo.

Cleveland 588s? You can make your own combo set from any of the range!

Apex Pros are the nicest looking Callaways I've seen for a long time - and feel great too!

not bad but I preferred my Mizuno MP69's which I moved on for medical reasons (at the time) blades are really not that hard to hit especially from 6 iron and up.

Titleist MBs have a fairly thin tipline. Not quite in the mp3x league but certainly more of a bladey top line than most.

S55 are the new ones, S56 are the old ones.
They do have a thin top line, but nothing along the lines of a blade.
