Forever fit and Clean 9 Detox

I know it's easier said than done, but surely just eating healthily (you know, fruit, veg, some protein and carbs now and then) and exercising well will have much the same effect without having to shove this artificial crap down you? Make it so it becomes a way of life instead of short term (and no doubt very expensive) program of shakes, gels and what ever else that is more than likely 90% water anyway.

And possibly read Ben Goldacre's 'Bad Science' book as he kind of takes apart a lot of this kind of stuff. Especially all the crap that is sold regarding vitamins that mostly go in one end and straight out the other a couple of hours later. As spoiler alert, none of it makes any difference, you can get much the same effect from eating an orange or weetabix and most of it is no better than snake oil.;)
