Forest Hill Golf Centre

I've got to go down to Leicestershire for a client meeting on Tuesday so they're putting me up in a hotel. I note that the Forest Hill centre is just down the road. As a 100+ golfer on a good day is it the sort of course I could hack round with a twilight tee time or should I just go to the range/practise area?

I've only played there once, but I don't remember it being particularly difficult.

Some tricky holes but not massively tight if I remember right.
