Last night I attempted to use my Gift Card which was supplied in my latest issue of Golf Monthly and was in association with both Foremost and GM, but, unfortunately, it wouldn't accept my gift card number so I raised the issue through Twitter to Golf Monthly & Foremost at 5.20pm. I had a response from Foremost within the hour via a DM from I believe Michael Weston and then Jez (GM) later in the night at around 8.30pm where it was believed that the gremlin I had experienced had now been sorted.
I left it until this morning to re-order the 4 dozen boxes of Z Stars and did get a bit further, in that, it now accepted my gift card and discounted my total order but at the end of the process it stated that my order was unsuccessful whilst at the same time sent me an email stating, thank you for my order
I had to go back out but on return looked into my Foremost order history and could see the order "Pending"!
I just rang and spoke to Mark Banning on the Foremost number who was extremely professional and apologetic, he found my order and processed it manually for me giving me many assurances and I am extremely satisfied and will have no hesitation in using the service again.
It is very easy for systems to throw a wobbly but it is how they are dealt with when frustrations can grow quickly that matter to me and the after-sales and customer service displayed from both Foremost & Golf Monthly throughout this order were exceptional, especially when they were both in contact with me during out of hours last night :thup:
