Mizuno Zoid True irons (mb/blades)
3 to PW
Zoid 52, 56, 60

Had them for about 6 years and guiltily replaced them for some nice new shiny Hogans, and they look unloved in the garage :) Would suit a caring home :)

What are you looking at for them?? I bought a package set a while back and am upgrading as I go through. Have a decent driver, 3 wood and putter. Now looing at a new set of irons, do you reckon they would be any good or too hard for me to get to grips with?

Cheers

Hi - thanks for message - i think they would be perfect for you :)

What's your handicap and what are your srtengths ? I bought these as a 16 handicap because i was a godo iron player and they forced me to get better.

They are truly lovely clubs; as forged mizunos they have a seriously beautiful feel - even my new HOgan forged blades dont feel like these. (but the're pretty nice and i'm quite happpy with the additional forgiveness as i get older!).

If you are a high handicapper, or you need a lot of fogiveness, then they're prob not going to be to your liking, but if you liek pure golf irons these might be for you.

I'd like to say treble figures, but i'm not stupid; something (not too insulting double figures) plus whatever postage but you mustn;ty tell my wife !

Where are you based ?

:)

At the minute I don't have a handicap but the I am shooting between 40-55 on a 9 hole course consistantly. I am not particularly consistant with my irons so sounds like they may be a touch premature moving over to them. What do you think?

I think (for what it's worth) that you should read carefully what the OP has said about the clubs and his game, and wait until you are single figures before considering clubs such as these. Being fairly new to the game, if you feel the need to change clubs, go for some that are classed as "game improvement". Forumers far wiser that I will point you in the right direction.

You don't even need to buy new :)
