For all you athletic types - Finally, one of lifes mysteries answered

I had no idea, it was just an added level of complexity I thought I didn't need to deal with, but I was wrong! This is going to save me money, I like the lightweight shoes with mesh on the forefoot near the toes, and time after time my toes poke holes through the mesh, until I give up and buy more.

Bluewolf, you have enlightened my mind and added a welcome positive burden to my finances. :D

After running countless marathons last year and this, being a super athlete, I can't believe this wasn't universally known.

I would imagine that there will be Marathon records broken all over the World this year now that this secret has been exposed.. It's almost like cheating...
 
No good to me, I did my laces up last year, and tied them loose enough that I can slide my foot out without untying them.

Lazy? Me?
