Footjoy XPS-1 in White\Blue

For those interested, here's a picture of my new XPS-1s in White\Blue that arrived on Christmas Eve...

Tasty. Given that they were free I was happy with the stock white/grey/silver combo. Haven't tried them on the course yet but they feel good on the range. BTW Mike - you free for a game this week?

they look pretty good, I thought the looked a bit chunky previously.

However they do look built up at the back, does this add height and therefore affect your interaction with the ball?

I've got the silver version and I really like them!
VERY water proof too as I found out at Stockley Pines last Monday.

Must admit, when I saw your photo I thought "Wow, they be nice!". They still are, but so is the bloody price of them! £160 or so in AG.....that is a bunch of money!

I think FJ have lost there way with the look of their current shoes and don't think they have released any good looking new designs for ages.

However my pro mate thinks the new stabiliser sole thingy on these efforts is something special.

They don't look great in the pictures but to be honest once they are on the outrigger isn't that prominent and they really do make a difference in terms of stability. As for losing their way, I disagree entirely. The Icon and the dryjoy tour range both have some simple yet stylish designs and of course if you aren't happy you have the option of creating your ideal pair with myjoy

At the moment they come in white with the back in blu as per Mikes or a silver/grey finish which is the one on general release. I agree they aren't great at this time of year but I don't think FJ have announced anything to suggest other colours. Couldn't see anything in the pro's FJ catalogue when I was having a nose the other day
