How do chaps,

I'm very OCD about my golf stuff, playing the same ball all year long and also the same glove. The glove being the Footjoy PureTouch glove. Now, the glove is perfect and I have no complaints about it whatsoever, that said, it's expensive to replace when buying a new one. (Cheapest is £16!)

So, I'm looking for a comparison between the PureTouch and Footjoys other leather model, the CabrettaSof. Any body use either and have an opinion on the differences? Or can you recommend an alternative all leather glove? I have little girl hands so finding the right fit is often difficult. Nike sizes are no good for me.

Thanks guys

Puretouch is the best, I found the cabretta a bit baggy even though I had the same size in both. I'm currently using the sci-flex I prefer the fit and they are a lot harder wearing & cheaper.

I use the stasoft, and have tried the sciflex, both good quality and just a bit cheaper than the pure touch.
I lean toward cheaper versions soon with the weather on the turn and carbretta not really liking getting wet.

I moved away from Footjoy gloves as I found the fit on them terrible after a few rounds.

I used the Cabrettasof.

I currently use the Titleist Players glove. Fantastic glove. Keeps its size and fit very well throughout the life if the glove.

Cheaper than the Puretouch too

What about the Srixon Carbretta, 3 for £17 to be had

I have used these for the last year or so and they are the best golve i've had, good feel through the glove but they also last quite a while and you can easily pick up 3 for £17 from eBay so at just under £6 a glove they are a bargain.

I'd second that. I've never tried the FootJoy PureTouch, but I have tried the Mizuno SkinTite which appears similar. Is the Mizuno a better glove than the Srixon? Undoubtedly. Is it twice or 3 times the glove the Srixon is? No way. If cost is driving the decision the I'd say the Srixon cabretta is the best value for money leather glove I've found, and it is not very far behind the very best leather gloves. Their sizing seems to be the same as FootJoy.
