Odd one this. I have a relatively new pair (this summer) of FootJoy DryJoy Tours and while walking I sense that something is loose when I lift my right foot off the ground, as if a spike is loose or the sole is coming away from the upper, almost like a little click momentarily delayed after the shoe is lifted off the ground. But everything seems nice and firm. It's little but just a bit irritating - and I'm a bit concerned that something about the sole is coming loose and the shoe will come apart.

Anyone experienced this? Any ideas.

I think thats what does it. My Hydrolites do the same. I think there is a certain layered construct in the flex zone and its a bit like a flop flop in effect.

Yes - 'flip-flop' - that's what it feels like. Not sure I like it. Stuck with it I guess, though it does seem more so in my right shoe. Maybe I walk differently left side and so when I pick my foot up I don't get quite the same effect.

Not had this with any of my FJ's including the dryjoys. If it's only a sound and not giving any discomfort, then what can you do? Not sure FJ will be able to do anything if the shoes isn't defective.
