Football Administration Integrity at New Low

FIFA have ethic rules ? Blimey That's news

The administration of footballs integrity has been a damn sight lower than offering £16 grand watches

Just a small matter of billions in regards the awarding of the World Cups to Russia and Qatar

When the President of EUFA openly breaks FIFA Ethics Rules

Greg Dyke appears to have done the right thing - albeit (excusably?) a little late.

Interesting insight into how these 'gifts' are 'handed out'!

Lazy journalism. Platini said "I don't return gifts, so I will find out the value and make a charitable donation of that value".

All lp high ranking people get 'perks'. I'd say Platini making a donation is better than returning it.

Allegedly our lawyers are watching! 😆😆😆

While that may or may not be the case (I'm almost certain that it is, but there's a certain thing called 'evidential proof' required!) it's the casual way in which the breach is flouted that gets up my nose. And the stupidity of the Brazilian Association in the first place! The actual value was indeed rather small compared to the 'perks' provided for the World Cup, but that's pretty much to be expected.

Platini's offer of a charitable donation (noted elsewhere on BBC site) continues to make a mockery of the ethics rules as far as I can see!

Am I the only one that thinks Platini has already flogged the watch ?:mmm:
